Salt District Craft Market
On December 2nd Salt District proudly hosted its first craft market nestled in the heart of Whangamata. We were happy to host a range of local creatives and their talents. The event attracted our brewery regulars, as well as the wider community and tourists who were interested in checking out the local crafts in Whangamata.
The aroma of hops mingled with the smell of beeswax candles and locally produced honey from Pip and Pops, as well as the delectable Coromandel Chocolate. We were also lucky enough to host the crew from Better Greens in Whangamata.
The Salt District Brewery Craft Market was a testament to the synergy between artisanal craftsmanship and the craft of brewing. Artisans showcased their handmade wares, from Morning Memories pottery to Hannipai’s gorgeous surf prints, Mojo Handshapes, and My Girl Ruth’s crochet.
The Salt District Brewery Craft Market was not just a market; it was a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and the art of brewing. It was a unique space where the love for handmade goods mingled with the love for craft beer, creating an unforgettable experience for locals and visitors alike.
We look forward to hosting another market. Keep in the loop for upcoming dates on our events page!
